MORE RAIN HEADING FOR THE NORTH EAST
Starting on Thursday there will be a storm system that will move up the Eastern Seaboard and stop and park for a few days. Rainfall amounts will be between .25"-2.00"+ and winds from 15mph-35+mph.
The map below is from the EURO model and it is showing the winds on Thursday. Please look to the right side of the map to see the winds in your area. Also please note that there may be some higher gusts at times.
Here is Saturday's EURO showing the winds and as you see the storm hasn't moved much. ENE winds for this long of a time will bring flooding to areas from Mass-SNJ.
Below is the EURO rainfall map showing rain totals thru Sunday afternoon. Again on the side is the key showing what colors equal what amount.
Below is the map of what we think will happen at this time. We will put out a updated rainfall amount and wind map tomorrow morning after the overnight model runs are all done.
